Call your insurance company to find out the extent of your coverage and what requirements must be met. Most insurance plans require a prescription, but your policy may require a referral, a letter of medical necessity, or preauthorization from your primary care physician.
The W.I.S.E Center is a preferred provider with many insurance companies. We accept assignment whenever we can, but if we are not in your network; payment may be required of you when the services or products are ordered or received. We will always bill your insurance company unassigned, and the insurance company will reimburse you.
Please note that if we accept assignment, you are still responsible for all deductibles and co-payments. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to call us. You are also welcome to come to the W.I.S.E Center and we will contact your insurance company to verify your coverage for you.
